Embroidery prices not including the garment are based on digitizing cost and stitch count. The one-time charge for digitizing is $20.00-$40.00, almost never more than $30.00, sometimes free. The total unit cost is based on stitch count per location and quantity of garments to be embroidered. Please Contact Us for a quote. 

To determine stitch count send us a jpg, pdf, bmp, Word doc, etc and we will quickly convert the image into a raw embroidery file. Just send the image to irvinginkandthread@gmail.com with "Stitch Count Request" in the subject line and we will return the details to you that will look something like this.  

For screen printing we need some details. The number of garments, number of colors to be printed, print location (front, back, or both), and lead time. 

Image conversion is $40.00 or less one time, there may be a per hour charge after that. Set up charges for screen printing are no more than $10.00 per color, sometimes free. 

Payment Requirements: Payment is due upon delivery unless previous arrangements have been made. There is a Custom Orders tab near the top of the page where we can place your order, allowing you to pay securely with a card online. We accept cash, cashiers check, debit/credit card, and PayPal. Personal checks are accepted after a relationship with us has been established.
